Curried Sausages recipes have been around for many years. This Old recipe is great to whip up on a weeknight, after a long day. Curried Sausages are quick and easy to cook and are a perfect, cheap and filling meal.
My recipe uses beginner-friendly ingredients and amounts, ensuring that the food you eat is healthy and suited to your dietary needs and preferences. There are many things you can add to curried sausages; I like to add a 1/4 cup of sultanas to naturally sweeten the curry sauce, or a delicious, creamy mashed potato to make it even more hearty.
I used beef sausages in this Curried Sausage Recipe, but you could use pork, chicken, or vegetarian sausages. I would change the stock powder to chicken stock powder for the chicken sausages and vegetarian stock powder for the vegetarian sausages.
My Curried Sausage Recipe is excellent the next day, the flavours erupt over night.
