Creating Dishes has an easy, moist, no-fuss banana bread with no added sugar. This banana bread gets its flavour and sweetness from using overripe bananas. You can use overripe bananas that have been frozen; just defrost the bananas, and you’re good to go!

Line with baking paper or grease a 24 x 13 x 6.5 cm loaf tin.
Preheat oven to 180°C

In a large bowl, add bananas. Mash the bananas with a fork.
Add vanilla essence, nutmeg, cinnamon and eggs, whisk to combine.

Add milk to the batter and whisk to combine.
